Welcome to the Ladies Section of The West Lothian Golf Club
Well that’s the golf season officially over & here’s hoping the weather is a bit kinder to us this winter!
Just a quick reminder that our winter Texas Scrambles are held on the first Sunday of the month & consist of 4 team members from all sections of the Club, with a spread of handicaps. The entry fee is still £2.00 which is excellent value. The Texas Scrambles provide you with the opportunity to meet other members, enjoy a game of golf in the winter & (if you are lucky) to take home a prize!
Our Ladies have full membership of the Club and our season is a busy one with over 30 weekend competitions for the Ladies between April & September, plus over 10 Thursday competitions, along with additional knock out competitions & league matches. Our competitions include stroke play, greensomes, foursomes, stablefords (individual & team), & fun ones too (i.e. 3 Clubs & a Putter). Plenty of choice for everybody! Over the winter we organise monthly Texas Scrambles which includes our Gents section & Junior section. The Ladies also get together to play bounce games each Saturday afternoon during the winter.
For those of you visiting our web site who are not yet members of The West Lothian Golf Club but are considering joining us, we are happy to arrange for one of our committee members to take you out on the course, show you around the Club House & answer any questions you may have regarding being a member of The West Lothian Golf Club.
