Groups Bookings & Packages
Booking & Cancellation Policy
Advance Booking Required
All bookings subject to availability
Group bookings will only be confirmed on payment of a deposit (£10 per player), which will be adjusted against the final payment
Full payment of group bookings is required no later than one week prior to the booking
Group bookings may be cancelled up to one week in advance
Cancellation of a group booking between one week and 48 hours prior to the booking will be required to pay 50% of the total amount due
Cancellation of group bookings less than 48 hours prior to the booking will be required to pay 100% of the total amount due
Our caterers have their own cancellation policy
We understand that there may be unforeseen circumstances and each group booking will be treated on its individual merit
